We are here to provide you with the personal attention that you deserve and is many times unavailable at a typical practice. We can teach, train, and technically develop each of the basic volleyball skills, based on your individual needs. We use the latest training techniques to assure that you are provided with the highest level of personal training, which will lead you to perform at your highest potential. Be prepared to make gains and work hard!
AVS is a not for profit organization that is a technique-driven program with special camps and clinics to develop specific skills related to the game of volleyball. Each of these camps include a complete breakdown of the skill being taught. This breakdown, with techniques such as proprioception and repetition will help the athlete to permanently change and improve the skill being developed. Instruction is tailored to the individual athlete and his/her abilities and is available throughout the year, for boys and girls of all ages and experience.
